My house is a refurbished 1st floor penthouse in the historic maritime neighborhood of el Cabañal, in Valencia. The space My home is an unique attic that is located on the first and last floor of a house built in 1919. I have renovated it recently, restoring the beams and original carpentry, adding a little platform that seems to float in the space to transform it into a large space of two heights. At the lower level there are social items such as the kitchen, a large dining table, the living room, a bathroom with shower and the terrace. We can find the bedroom at the top, which has a large queen bed and two big drawers so you can organize your luggage while admiring the beautiful space from the top.
