We are a short 15 minute drive to Grand Bend Beach or you can enjoy our river frontage, ponds, and 4 kms of trails in the Carolinian forest. The space The home is located on 80 acre property of pasture, rivers, ponds, and 4 kilometres of meandering trails through Carolinian forest. Welcome to use the entire beautifully restored home for all you needs. Perfect for entertaining family and friend gatherings. Six bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for sleeping. Gourmet kitchen with all the high end appliances. Additional studio suite available for extra fee. The studio suite sleeps 6 as well as set up for brides hair and makeup stations. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, property, and walking trails. The garage and basement are off limits unless you have rented the studio suite below. Other things to note Asuable river for fishing, skis for the 4.1 kilometres of Carolinian forest. Wrap around porch and beautiful sun deck out back. Three car garage parking. Small events and gatherings can occur at an additional cost with rental of the barn. Lots of room for camping as well as a studio suite that sleeps 6 below. We do require the order of port-a-potties for small events.
