This rustic, surf orientated family home is built on split levels, and is quirky and unusual. Built for practicality and ease to enjoy the better things in life (surf/the beach/outdoors), this house boasts 4 beds, a recent upgrading with hot tub and outdoor decking leading to a courtyard garden. The fourth bed is an en-suite cabin which is more of an annex that is attached to the house. Situated in a cul-de-sac opposite the beach and near the shop, cafes, pubs, coast path.
