Stately traditional home located in beautiful Oak Hollow Estates, only 15 minutes from downtown High Point. Large backyard with pool, playset, trampoline, and mature landscaping, located on a cul de sac. Two outdoor bunnies live in a well built hutch in a secluded area in the back. Two living areas with flat screen TV's on main level. Large dining area and eat in kitchen. Relax on the back porch overlooking the pool, with tons of privacy! Pets are allowed with prior approval and pet fee. The space All essentials provided...towels, soap, dish soap, detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. Other things to note Pets are allowed with a $200 added fee per animal. Two bunnies are on property and will be fed daily during your stay by homeowner or designated neighbor. This person will enter through the side gate to the left of the home, feed the bunnies, and be off the property within 5 minutes. This will occur between 3-5 pm during your stay.
