Sahana Villas is located within a safe haven - an oasis within the cosmopolitan heart of Seminyak. A favourite for families with children, but also a sanctuary for couples. There is full time butler/staff assigned on the premium level to you to upkeep the standard and help you with ALL your needs !!! We also pick you up from the airport for a small extra fee (please inquire within) with a spacious and sanitised Hyundai H1 Van, which can hold from Surfboards to strollers and up to 8 person at the same time :) No need to stress arranging your transport on the airport after landing, and the potential hassle with the notorious taxi drivers..... !!! A pool fence can be supplied upon request (its outsourced and the price depends on the going vendor rate - please inquire within) depending on availability, Kids Toys can be made available - unfortunately toys tend to break or disappear, and during Pandemic, we prefer to waive that service for obvious reasons. We provide a recommended list of activities for families and kids. At Sahana Villas we produce our own coffee beans. Our plantation is up in the cool mountain areas of Munduk. Our beans are prepared using traditional Balinese methods. We prepare a completely organic coffee for your enjoyment. The strong aroma of the Arabica Bean plus a beautiful hint of chocolate which lives in our coffee. This home grown organic coffee, as well as the Welcome fruit basket on Premium level is complimentary, so is the drinking water (AQUA Gallons)... Breakfast: for guest booking directly with us via our SAHANA VILLAS website, the continental breakfast plus eggs is automatically included, for bookings via airbnb your dedicated team is happy to shop for you through a grocery billing system and cook for you anything you desire, as the breakfast ingredients are not automatically included on airbnb. Sahana Villas Guest Info (Airbnb) Villa Occupancy & Guest Policy Our villas are thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. We can host up to 8 guests (including children of all ages) with ease. Simple terms & conditions apply. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in is available from 15:00 onwards, and check-out time is by 11:00 on your departure day. Late Checkout Policy Late checkout beyond 11:00 and up to 18:00 is charged at 50% of one night's rate. For departures after 18:00, a full night will be charged. Airport Transfers Let us take care of your arrival! We offer airport pick-up in a spacious luxury Van for just USD 35 per way. The van accommodates up to 8 guests on the same flight, plus luggage, strollers, and even surfboards. No need to worry about navigating transport or dealing with unverified drivers. Transfers between 20:00 - 08:00 incur a night surcharge of USD 10. Breakfast Service Breakfast is not included for Airbnb bookings, but our friendly staff will happy to prepare the “Sahana Breakfast” for you (full breakfast details are available on our official website). The cost per person is USD 8,- and includes on top unlimited Barrister style organic coffee from our own plantation. No charges for Infants <2 years of age. Additional Guests & Charges The ideal number of guests per villa is 6 persons. However, we can accommodate 2 additional guests at USD 30/person/night (ages 2 +). This includes a high-quality extra bed, linens, and towels. Infants (<2 years) exceeding the 6-person base are charged USD 12/night, including use of a wooden crib, high chair, and baby utensils. Sunsail on request. Pool Fence Rental (For Families with Children) For added peace of mind, we offer temporary bamboo pool fences with child-safe gates and locks. Please let us know in advance if you’d like this arranged. - Rate: USD 15/day (provided by a trusted external vendor) - For stays of 5 nights or longer, the installation fee (USD 20) is waived Use of External Vendors For quality and security reasons, we do not allow outside service providers (e.g., massage therapists, pool fence installers) onto the property. We offer a curated list of trusted partners to ensure a consistent service experience. Booking Amendments: - Changes within 30 days of arrival that reduce your stay are not permitted during high and peak seasons.x - For date changes made more than 30 days in advance, a rebooking fee of 1 night's rate applies and is payable at check-in. - No show and early departure are not refundable. Important Note – Tropical Island Setting Our villa has been thoughtfully designed to reflect the beauty of tropical island living, with open-air elements and a close connection to nature. Please be aware that, due to our location and semi-outdoor architecture, encounters with local wildlife—including insects, geckos, and other small island creatures—are a natural and expected part of the Island. We conduct regular pest control and uphold high standards of cleanliness. However, complete prevention is neither possible nor consistent with the semi open-air design and environment.
