The space The gîte is located in a charming little village, Le Chambon, in the municipality of Blassac, the village is very quiet, you will enjoy maximum sunshine, as regards contact with nature, the Allier river passes below the house, about 500 m away. Fishing, swimming, hiking and lazing around are on the agenda... Our haven of peace is located 3 minutes from Lavoûte-Chilhac, a village classified as the most beautiful village in France. Village of character, authentic and charming. Lavoûte-Chilhac is very lively in season, all year round you will find shops and local services, bakery, butcher, supermarket, post office, bank, restaurants, bars... The meanders of the Allier in the middle of the village, the priory or even the 15th century bridge are must-sees that you won't want to miss. The cottage consists of a beautiful terrace accessible from the outside, 2 bedrooms, a large attic dormitory, 1 large living/dining room equipped with a giant screen. You will also have access to a kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 shared toilet, 1 lounge/reading area On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shared toilet, 1 laundry room, a summer kitchen and finally 1000 m² of land with a view of the Allier valley and the famous hammock. The gite has many indoor and outdoor games, a Weber Barbecue. The gîte benefits from the WiFi network. Depending on the operators, the mobile phone network may vary. The finishing cleaning work will be carried out by us, they benefit from a mandatory package. We provide a hammock, children's games, board games, a dartboard, a badminton set... Also at your disposal are a washing machine, dishwasher, clothes drying rack, ironing board and iron. We provide you with duvets and their covers as well as pillows and their cases. Less than 40 km away you can discover the village of Prades, the Abbey of Lavaudieu, the Château de Chavaniac-Lafayette, Le Puy-en-Velay, the Garabit Viaduct, Lake Grandval, the Margeride Plateau… The Allier Valley enjoys a micro-climate that makes it a popular site for its sunshine.
