Welcome to my home, bordering Ponsonby and the CBD. I live on the 9th floor with a spacious deck & cityscape showing Sky Tower and sea views. There is a queen size bed, medium firm with private ensuite bathroom. You're welcome to take a coffee at my home before stepping out to restaurants, art galleries, fashion boutiques and lush parks. A 10 minute walk takes you to Ponsonby Rd or a gentle downhill walk through tree-lined Greys Ave to Auckland Art Gallery, Town Hall & cinemas. Guest access Living area, kitchen area, laundry room, deck and own private bedroom, ensuite bathroom & separate workspace room. During your stay I am always available on mobile. Other things to note This a centrally located apartment. There may be some street noise The guest room is compact but comfortable, with built-in wardrobe storage and a private ensuite bathroom.
