The room has excellent heating & air conditioning, but to ensure your comfort, an electric blanket and fan are also provided. You will enjoy a large closet with plenty of hangers, full length mirror, and private en suite bath featuring a full size tub & shower. A shared iron and ironing board are available. It's slightly less than one mile walk to the entrance of the Wiehle/Reston East Metro station (about 15 minutes walk). There is also a very convenient Capitol BikeShare station just steps away from the home. To reach the Metro station, you can walk, rent a bike, or can catch a bus that stops 1/4 mile from the house. You can also grab an Uber or Lyft to Metro. At the Metro station, you can catch the Silver Line train into Tyson's Corner, Washington DC, Reagan National airport, or Dulles Airport. You can also transfer to a local bus to get around Reston. Reston Town Center is less than 3 miles away. The home is less than 8 miles from Washington Dulles International Airport. Other necessities: From the house, you can walk 15-20 minutes to a grocery store, drug store, bank, restaurants, fast food, beauty salon, & coffee shop. Free parking is available on the street, but I will assign you a reserved spot when available (reserved spot not guaranteed). You can avoid paying the state and local taxes by booking a stay of 90 days or more (Virginia state law). One or two additional guests may be present on the property in other private rooms.
