It has a washing machine and manual clotheslines. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and 1 parking space. Access to the apartment is with a key handed over at check-in. Other things to note - It is possible to include an extra cleaning service during your stay (cost 70€/stay). Children under 2 years old can be accommodated in a cot for a cost of 30€ (pre-booking required). - There is a dossier with detailed rules on the property in digital format whose address is affixed to the apartment. - All guests must present a valid ID. The climate in Portugal can be hot and humid at certain times of the year, which may favor the appearance of mosquitoes, ants or other small insects. Although we resort to regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee that any occasional insect will not enter our home, nor offer refunds if this happens.
