Shubham is built with a vision to preserve the rich architectural heritage of Pondicherry. Our home is designed with an aesthetic blend of traditional Tamil houses and quintessential French architecture to carry you back in time for a perfect holiday experience. You can lie back and dream as you look out of the large beautiful windows, typically known as “fenêtre” in French, or take a stroll on the terrace midst the classic pillars of the traditional Chettinad homes. The space The furniture in this house is a handpicked collection of antiques that fit in harmoniously with the heritage theme, adding to the warmth and beauty of this place. Our rooms have a peaceful atmosphere that allows you to settle in comfortably and relax as you enjoy your stay at Shubham. Guest access -Guests can access the open terrace; however, the covered terrace is a restricted area During your stay I am always near by if you need me. Other things to note -Please wash your feet if you go to the beach to avoid carrying sand on the staircase and in your rooms. We will keep a bucket with water at the entrance. -Please do not change the arrangement of the furniture. -Please do not eat in the rooms; kindly use the common dining areas. -A lift is provided within the house to carry two people maximum per trip without luggage. -Proper swimming costume is a must for using the swimming pool.
