Close to Bromley 12 min, Stratton 25 min, VSF 15 min. Pet policy: Absolutely no pets permitted (owner allergies) A separate rental agreement is required for all rentals. Viewing the front of the premise, the North unit is on the left side. This is a shared property (exterior only!) with the South Unit which is also listed on Airbnb. The two share the patio by the river and outdoor yard area (an acre in size so plenty of private space).The decks have a partition so that there is privacy between the two units. First floor has the kitchen, dining area, 1/2 bath, and living area. The second floor has three full bedrooms and a 2 full baths. The entire unit is approximately 1400 square feet and sleeps 7 (2 queens and a single over a full bunk bed) text or email us with any questions! see numbers in house rules (handbook) There are only 5 houses on this dead end street which provides for a very quiet stay Guests will be required to sign a contract once booking takes place. Contract is available to read upon request prior to booking. ***Because of a couple of reviews lately, we need to note that we do NOT provide things like spices, oils, etc. (We do have plenty of pots & pans.) Additionally, personal toiletry items like shampoo, body wash, etc. should be brought with you. A roll of paper towels and toilet paper to get you started will be provided. We do not stock the unit with paper plates, napkins, plasticware. If you have a specific question about what is provided, please ask! Sorry if this seems harsh, but our general feedback has been that people do NOT want to use other people's shampoos, foods, spices, oils, condiments, etc. Thank you!
