It can accommodate 6 to 8 people (with sofa bed). We are committed to hosting you in a clean accommodation and in a place where you will feel good. Shops are 5 minutes away. Nearby: Cap Fréhel 25 min, Saint-Malo 15 min, Cancale 30 min, Mont Saint Michel 45 min. The space Capacity: 6 to 8 people Its interior composition: Spacious, bright mobile home, large living room with TV lounge - 1 master bedroom with dressing room (160 X 190 bed) - 2 other bedrooms (with 2 beds of 70 X 190 each) - 1 sofa bed - a bathroom (with 1 toilet) - 1 second toilet - 1 fully equipped kitchen with lots of cupboards and equipped (4 gas burners/ 1 washing machine/ 1 dishwasher/ 1 large oven/1 microwave oven/ 1 refrigerator) Its external composition: - a large 30 m2 terrace with garden table and chairs as well as garden furniture on the other part of the terrace. - an adjustable bio-climatic pergola - Enclosed grassy garden Note that it is possible to make available on request: a travel crib, a high chair, a booster chair for children, a child toilet reducer seat, board games as well as for the shared pool (buoy, fries, armbands...). Guest access Dear guests, thank you in advance for taking note of the rules applied to the area as well as to the mobile home: You can only park one vehicle on the white gravel driveway provided for this purpose on the mobile home plot. However, it is possible to come with a second vehicle to unload things and then park in the outdoor parking lot. Other vehicles must park in the outdoor parking lot adjacent to the estate. (campers are not allowed within the grounds of the estate). It is forbidden to park in the alleys of the estate and to circulate between 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. for the safety and well-being of all.
