Newly refurbished charming village house with private courtyard in the heart of Roquebrune old town, decorated by a local architect to upgrade amenities but preserve its historical characteristics. The house is totally independent, with just a 7 min drive from Monaco, 3 min to the beaches and 5 min to Menton and the Italian border. Beware Roquebrune village is a medieval town totally pedestrian, in order to reach the house there are steps on the way so not suitable to limited mobility guests. The space The house can accomodate comfortably 5 guests, all of them in bedrooms keeping in that way the living room always free of bedding. The house ground floor is composed of a living room, large dining room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and a guest bathroom. The courtyard with its little garden is totally private and exclusively free of use of the guests at the house. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, composed of a bathtub for the double queen size bedroom and a shower for the single 2/3 beds bedroom (the third bed can be pulled out if needed from underneath the lower bulk bed and placed next to it). All 3 beds in this bedroom are standard single size 90x200cm and can fit either kids or adults. A nice cosy balcony upstairs will allow you to enjoy a sunny and lovely view with a cup of coffee or tea in the morning. Newly installed AIR CONDITIONING in both rooms and living room. Free fast Wifi in the property, sorry no pets allowed. When arriving, the car or taxi have to leave the guests at the entrance of the village, from there is a short 3 minutes walk to the house, the village is medieval and totally pedestrian so the house cannot be accessed by car directly. Many parkings are available within a short walk. ***This house is not suitable for limited mobility guests and for groups of people with very heavy luggages to be carried by foot (property accessible by foot only after parking the car in the nearby parking lot)*** The fact there are no cars or roads nearby makes the house very quiet day and night and is perfect for total relaxing holidays.
