The house was finished in '19/20 and has everything you need: outstanding outdoor areas, a private swimming pool, a jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace, all kitchen facilities, 2 bathrooms, and a wonderful location north of Alicante. The space The house is build in one floor with an open living-room and modern kitchen. There are two twin-bedrooms and the third, the master bedroom, has a double-bed, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is second full bathroom with shower. The rooftop terrace has a large heated whirlpool and plenty of space. The ground floor has plentiful of outdoor space and terraces to enjoy the Mediterranean sun and the gorgeous views from the hilltop over metropolitan Benidorm. The property has a private parking space. We happily provide baby-equipment (high-chair and travel cot) should our guests arrive with small children. Guest access Guests enjoy access to the entire property. Other things to note We are a group of local hosts that manage this property and we are always available to give advice, recommendations, and other helpful support to our guests! IMPORTANT: Safety features: We, the team of local hosts, are following all safety protocols as directed by local authorities and we expect our guests to be responsible travelers. Cleaning: The property is cleaned by a professional cleaning company. The accommodation is disinfected between stays, and all linens and towels are washed in accordance with guidelines. The area is in continuous development at the moment and a lot of properties are being build. We cannot guarantee silence in the area. Please be aware that while we do our absolute best to ensure a comfortable stay, as hosts we cannot be held responsible or accountable for circumstances beyond our control, such as nearby construction, weather, seasonal maintenance of facilities, illness, or other unforeseen factors that may affect our guests’ travels.
