Penthouse 2 (Read description before booking)

Please read before booking. Inquiries will be entertained from 7am to 10pm Philippine time. Exact address is Ventura Residences 646 M.V. delos Santos St., Sampaloc, Manila It is at the center of the University Belt. The building has a CCTV camera and a 24-hour guard on duty. Excellent view of the city. Fully air-conditioned rooms with wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped. Easy access to food chains and convenient stores. Number of guests allowed in the unit is six. Kids below 5 are free. The space One designated parking space is provided for each reservation. No extra parking available as it is reserved for our other listing. Guest access Check in is 6pm onwards and check out is 4pm of your check out date. Early check in is only possible if the previous date is not booked by 6pm. Please inquire for availability. If early check in is possible, earliest you can check in is 12nn and your check out time will be adjusted accordingly and an additional Php150 pesos per hour will be charged for staying beyond the adjusted check out time which you will pay at the lobby upon check out. Hourly extension is strictly not allowed beyond 4pm. After 4pm, items/things left by guests in the unit will be moved to building storage so we can start cleaning the unit.. Each person must present valid Ids to enter the building. Other things to note No pets allowed. Jacuzzi Rental is Php 500 pesos for the first 4 hours and an additional PHP100 per succeeding hour. NO FOOD AND DRINKS ALLOWED NEAR THE JACUZZI. Please inquire about availability and inform us not later than 6pm on your preferred date. Start time should not be later than 9pm. NO PARTYING AT THE ROOF DECK as it is a common area. The maximum no of Guests allowed is six. There will be charges for additional guests. Kids 6 years old and above are part of the headcount. Visiting hours are 6am to 10 pm. A maximum of 10 people at a time are allowed inside the unit, including guests. The allowed number of children in the unit who are five years old and below is two; otherwise, there will be extra charges. We will not provide an extra mattress. Please be mindful of our house rules.
