Achnacone Farmhouse is located in Appin, one of the most beautiful areas in the western highlands. The house has been stylishly decorated and is a warm and inviting home to stay in while exploring the wonderful countryside and enjoying the fabulous restaurants and pubs in the local area. The space The recently refurbished house is warm and inviting and nestles by the old farm steading at Achnacone. The house is cosy with underfloor heating downstairs, radiators upstairs and a traditional log burner in the sitting room. The light and spacious new kitchen leads into the dining room. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble drier and clothes airer to hang wet coats (an Argyll necessity!). There is also a downstairs loo. Upstairs we have four bedrooms, one en suite shower room and one other bathroom with both bath and shower. The two front bedrooms have king size beds, and the two back rooms have two single beds in each. They are all charmingly decorated and wonderfully comfortable. Other things to note Access to the house is via a farm track so you will need to take care driving up it. Internet access is via fibre to the property which is stable and fast.
