Large 70-square-meter apartment divided over two floors, recently renovated in a wood industrial style and located in the historic center of Cagliari, a few meters from the city's historic hospital, the fantastic Piazza Yenne, the castle, and their numerous nightclubs. The ideal location to spend a vacation with both family and friends. In fact, despite being very central, it is located in a quiet street. NB: The accommodation tax is NOT included in the price! The space The recently renovated house in all its parts has 70 square meters divided into two levels. First floor with only large "open space" environment with large super equipped kitchen, sofa, bluetooth stereo system and 50-inch led TV. The room has as a temperature control system a heat pump/air conditioner. Upstairs is the only bathroom in the house and the two bedrooms: one with a double bed, TV in the room and heat pump/air conditioner, the other smaller but with a fantastic breathtaking view right in front of the old city walls, also with a heat pump/air conditioner. Upon request, it is possible to install a travel crib in the master bedroom for younger children. From the bedroom, you can access a small furnished terrace where you can relax and, why not, even eat, with the view of the church of San Michele a few meters away and the sea in the distance. At the entrance of the apartment, an armored door was installed and all the fixtures have thick glass to isolate from the outside and obscure the environment. There is wi-fi (Fiber). THE ACCOMMODATION TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE!! Other things to note There is a place in the world where pink flamingos prefer to brave the autumn in order to stand in front of a mountain ridden by a devil; a place where you can eat sea urchins in front of the person who gave Buenos Aires its name; a place where the sun, in agreement with the wind, gives you summer days out of season... that place is CAGLIARI!! It is good to know that access to the first floor is only allowed by means of a staircase, so I do not recommend the place for those with limited mobility.
