Soaps, shampoos, towels, wash cloths provided. Complimentary coffee provided to start your mornings off right. BIG YARD! Heated Pool, BBQ, Patio, Putting Green, & Fire Pit (S'more sticks provided). House has a smart NEST thermostat. - NO LIFEGUARD OR POOL FENCE. SUPERVISE CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES- HEATED 20'x14' SALT WATER HYBRID POOL - BY BOOKING GUESTS AGREE TO POOL WAIVER AND RULES **Pool heating is REQUIRED October through April. $50/daily (billed separately prior to check in)** This is not a profit center. The small daily fee helps cover the energy costs & pool heater maintenance. We do not turn the heater on and off. It is more efficient to heat the entire pool and keep it heated. This keeps the cost down in comparison to other Airbnb pools (similar pools are $50-$95 to heat daily). *Pool heater is set comfortably at 84-88 degrees (depending on the month). *Pool heating will be billed after booking & for the ENTIRE STAY. *Pool does not need to be heated mid to late May through mid September. *Pool is serviced twice weekly. Usually Sundays/Mondays & Thursdays/Fridays. (Times subject to change) Guest access You will have exclusive access to this property.
