Martirosyan's Guest House

The house is located in the center of Yerevan, but at the same time in a quiet area, which allows our guests to fully relax after a busy day. It is a two-story mansion, with a large terrace on the first floor and an open balcony on the second. Our motto: The space The listing fully matches the photos. On the ground floor there are two separate rooms. Guests have access to a terrace for relaxing and eating. On the second floor there is a spacious family room with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. Guest access Guests can provide a transfer from/to the airport, railway station and bus station. If guests have their own transport, they are provided with public parking, close to the house. Other things to note The guest house has a kitchen, where guests can order breakfasts, lunches and dinners with national flavor, if desired. We also provide services for excursions to the sights of Armenia and Georgia (with or without a guide), and take a transfer and organization of vacations in Batumi. Food tours, ecotourism, organizing hikes with fishing, in the most beautiful corners of Armenia.
