You will love spending time on the screen porch with a glass of wine while looking out to Mt Nittany. Try to make time to visit the Mt Nittany Winery, just up the road. It is a beautiful walk of less than a mile with breathtaking views of both Tussey and Nittany mountains. The driveway can hold 6+ cars. The space The house has four bedrooms, 3 queen beds, and 1 double (on the third floor), and three bathrooms. One queen bedroom and bath are conveniently located on the first floor. Second-floor laundry. A large deck and patio with both gas and charcoal grills are available for your group to enjoy as well as a huge 2-acre yard. Large kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Comfortable living room, separate TV family room and a cozy fireplace room give you lots of space to spread out while you are here. The fabulous screened-in porch off the living and dining rooms, with beautiful Nittany Mountain views, is a great place to hangout with your family and friends. We know you will enjoy your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor spaces except for one locked owners room on the second floor, the garage and the basement.
