Welcome to RightStay Baga, we have multiple apartments in this complex. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This studio apartment with all basic amenities that you require for a comfortable holiday stay. This apartment is spacious to accommodate 3 guests with ease and it has a lovely pool/garden area. It’s a 5mins walk to Tito’s lane, which is famous for its night life clubs/pubs/shacks, a walk to the beach would be around 12-14 minutes from the Complex. Attractions and distance This Apartment is just a few minutes’ walk to the famous Tito’s lane which has all the famous night clubs like Tito’s, Mambos, cape town etc. and also Baga beach. With an ideal location for beach lovers. We have a common waiting room where you wait if you do arrive early or have a late flight and also freshen up and use the wash room, there is a minimal charge if you want to use the shower in the waiting area once you have already checked out (we will provide soap and a towel). The space can be used to keep your bags as well in storage; there is also a RO water filter where you can fill your water bottles. This is a Non-smoking Room and you can only use the Balcony to smokes. Please note that incase of power cuts we have an inverter setup which would give you a light and Fan use to last you until the power is restored by the electricity department. We do not have any power switches connected to the inverter and they won’t work during power cuts as we have to save on the battery backup. Only the Wi-Fi works on the inverter. The Air-conditioner would not work during power cuts. Please carry your swimming costume as no cotton clothes allowed in the Swimming pool. We do advise guests to avoid opening windows or doors post 5.30pm/6pm Parking is free for 2 wheelers only and there is no fixed spot. For 4 wheelers you would need to use the Pay and Park which is 300 meters away @ Rs.200/- for 6 hours max or the Pay and Park in the complex (there are only 10 slots available @200/- per day. You can book your slot for the whole stay by paying the amount to the complex. If at the slot are full then u can check with the watchman when will the slots be available and pre book the slot for the days available and then use the Pay and Park which is outside the complex as a substitute. Guest access The entire garden and pool area is accessible to our guest . This apartment is on the ground floor. Parking is free for 2 wheelers only and there is no fixed spot. For 4 wheelers you would need to use the Pay and Park which is 300 meters away @ Rs.200/- for 6 hours max or the Pay and Park in the complex (there are only 10 slots available @200/- per day. You can book your slot for the whole stay by paying the amount to the complex. We are located in BeiraMar Residential Complex at Baga. This is a privately owned house and not a hotel, so amenities like room service or any typical hotel facility or amenity are not available. We provide cleaning once every day post 2pm-6pm at a coordinated time with our executive at the waiting room. Goa has frequent power cuts and it can take 10 mins to even 2 hours for the power to come back to at the time. But this happens rarely. We have installed an Inverter to combat this issue. Please do not use the Water Heaters in the bathrooms or ACs while the inverter is on, as it will cause the machine to trip and this will be an inconvenience to you. (FYI: The inverter will beep when it's in use, which is a sign to avoid using the Water heaters, etc.) Like Kerala, Goa's national bird is also the Mosquito :) We do not have OLA, UBER, etc. Cabs are really expensive - renting bikes or cars are always the best options if you want to travel to different beaches, tourist spots, etc. but if u need a taxi service then do use GOA MILES. Kindly shut off all fans, AC's and lights when you are not using the space - Only with your support can we conserve energy. We are however always available to help if needed. The Complex is built in 2003, seems a little old, but our rooms are as beautiful as you see them in the pictures, so when you do reviews us please don't base our reviews on these points as we have already mentioned them in our listing. There would be late check-in fee of 150/- to be paid to our staff in-case you arrive post 1030pm - 7am. Do check with us if you need an early check-in, if our apartment is available then you can check in at 1030am without any charge.
