The space Outdoor spaces The villa has many outdoor areas, including a year-round heated swimming pool (salt electrolysis) and a hot tub (2024). You can also enjoy an outdoor pool table and a ping pong table. The house has a beautiful terrace, with stunning views. The villa has its private entrance. Two cars can be parked in front of the garage. The house is composed of 2 independent buildings, located on either side of the pool, offering conviviality, space and privacy. Indoor spaces: Villa Dora has a beautiful dining room with a splendid view, living room with TV (smart TV) and a beautiful view, a large kitchen (redone in 2024) fully equipped and a desk. The house is very bright and is decorated in a refined way. The spaces are big. Villa Dora has 5 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with their private shower room and a children's room. The main house consists of 3 bedrooms (2 of which overlook the pool) each with its own shower room, as well as a children's room. On the other side of the pool you will find an independent building with the beautiful masterbedroom, more than 60m2, with its seating area ( with smart TV) and lovely sea and mountain views. You will enjoy this luxurious suite for moments of tranquility with maximum privacy. Guest access The entire property is available for guests. The pool is completely private as well as the garden with its Jacuzzi, pool table and ping-pong table. A pool attendant visits twice a week and a gardener once a week to ensure good maintenance of the garden and pool. Other things to note The island has several beautiful beaches with crystal clear water. Playa Blanca, on the south coast, is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun as well as the beaches of Costa Teguise, located less than 10 kms from Villa Dora. Lanzarote is a true sports paradise! For those who love water sports, Playa de Famara, located less than 9 kms from Villa Dora, is perfect for surfing and kitesurfing, while the calm waters of Playa Papagayo and Costa Teguise are ideal for diving and swimming. Windsurfers will also be delighted! Golf lovers will be delighted: Costa Teguise's beautiful 18-hole golf course is less than 10 kms from Villa Dora , and Tias 18-hole course is 20 kms from Villa Dora.
