Whether you require a two-bedroom, three-bedroom, or the entire four-bedroom configuration, we have you covered. Through this listing, you'll have exclusive access to the entire villa and 3 of the 4 bedrooms, accommodating a maximum occupancy of six guests (the 4th bedroom will be locked during your stay). IMPORTANT NOTE: While Villa Arancia offers an idyllic escape, please be aware that the access road to the villa can be challenging. The rocky and steep terrain leading to the villa is the only available route, and we want to provide you with all the necessary information prior to your arrival. However, rest assured As part of our commitment to guest satisfaction, we offer one complimentary pick-up service from the harbor for guests staying a minimum of 2 nights. For guests staying 1 night, we are still happy to assist in arranging transportation from the harbor, available at an additional charge. Simply make a request when booking your reservation, and we will ensure that they are available for your use during your stay. Please note that the maximum occupancy for this listing is 6 adults and 1 infant. No additional guests or infants are allowed POOL FENCE Pool fence is available upon request, additional charge applied. WIFI Despite our internet provider offering a speed of 10-20 Mbps, it's important to note that internet connectivity on Nusa Penida Island can occasionally be slow and unstable. As we are situated on a small island, the internet speed you can expect may not be the same as what you would receive on the mainland of Bali. POWER CUTS Nusa Penida is a peaceful, secluded island where things can differ from what we're accustomed to at home. It's worth noting that power cuts can occur on the island from time to time, although they are usually brief and don't exceed one hour. WILDLIFE Many villas in Bali have open bathrooms and living rooms, which can attract wildlife. All our villas are treated by a pest control company for rodents and insects. Geckos, which help control spider and mosquito populations, are a common and harmless feature in Bali. MONEY EXCHANGE / ATM You can exchange money at several locations on the island. While many resorts and restaurants accept credit cards (with usually 3% credit card fee surcharge), cash is necessary for renting a scooter, going snorkelling, and participating in other day trips. Nusa Penida has a limited number of ATMs, which have withdrawal limits and can occasionally run out of money. It's advisable to bring some cash with you to avoid any inconvenience. ENVIRONMENT Like many places, Nusa Penida is committed to reducing the use of plastic on the island. You can do your part by bringing a reusable water bottle to avoid having to rely on plastic ones. Additionally, when shopping locally, kindly refuse plastic bags and use your own carry bag instead. LAST BOAT TO PENIDA AT 03.00 PM Please be aware that the final boat departing from Sanur, Bali to Penida Island leaves at 03.00 PM, and passengers are required to be at the boarding desk at least 30 minutes prior to departure (03.00 PM). It's not feasible to travel to the island after this time. If you plan to travel directly from the airport to Nusa Penida, please ensure that your flight arrives no later than 01.00 PM. If you are arriving later than 01.00 PM, we suggest spending the night in Bali, for example, in Sanur, and taking a boat to the island the following morning. EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT We appreciate that everyone wants to maximise their time on the island. While early check-in will be provided if possible, this is subject to availability and whether other guests are checking out on the same day. The same applies to late check-out. We recommend contacting us the day before your arrival to confirm any special requests. Please note that standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. You are welcome to store your luggage with us until the accommodation is ready or if you wish to explore the island on your last day. CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION Please note that we have a strict cancellation policy. Once the booking is confirmed, any cancellation or change in the reservation will result in a penalty charge.
