With the Air Force Academy only 8 miles away and the beautiful Garden of the Gods only 15 miles away, this makes it easy for travelers to have a home base during their Colorado adventures. During your stay I am typically always home and will almost always be there if you need anything. I am always up for meeting my guests, but if my guests wish to stay to themselves and have full privacy I am more than happy to respect their wishes. Other things to note I will provide quests with enough toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and trash bags for a few days until the guest is able to make it to the store to purchase their own supply of the items listed above. If guests would like for me to do a clean sweep during their stay they must give me a request 24 hours in advance. Please, no more than 4 guests per booking. If you have a party larger than 4, please message me asking if I will make an exception. If guests show up with a party larger than 4 without asking for permission, there will be a $25 charge for each person who has not been accounted for.
