The space The building "The Bentzi... Boutique Apartments" is located in Pagrati, in the "Hilton" area, one of the most central urban areas of Athens. The charming 400 sqm building was owned by three families until 2019. After a first look of love that happened to the new owner, the once semi-abandoned house building is now transformed into a beautiful renovated three-storey building with 9 independent apartments dedicated to a short-term accommodation. The one-year renovation and conversion of the building into a residence building was carefully thought out and diligently based on the comfort and independence of the visitors.
