Our home is perfectly situated in the heart of the Town, only 200m from the shops and bars and 300m from the main beach walkway. It is nestled on a small elevation with tremendous views of the coast and mountains. The house is recently renovated and we are now solar powered with mains back-up. There is a large braai room with seating for 10 people - where it all happens! The space The house is very spacious with open sitting room and dining area which is annexed by a separate braai / BBQ room, surrounded by glass windows to protect from the wind or whereby the windows can be opened on hot days. This room in turn opens onto the Stoep / balcony. The views are spectacular and offer 270 degree views of the ocean and mountains. The bedrooms are located at the one end of the house, with the 4th bedroom located in the loft space. Guest access Guests will have full & sole access to the upper floor of the house with their own private access. There is space for several cars on the driveway Other things to note If you are lucky you may get a glimpse of whales from the balcony. Pringle Bay is generally considered a safe town with very little crime. That said, you must always be vigilant and abide by the normal safety rules. It must be stated that from time to time the local baboons can be a nuisance and the house must always be completely locked up when you are not there as they can cause a lot of damage if they gain entry. There are no reportings of any attacks in Pringle Bay. The biggest risk to your safety is if you feed them. This is illegal and very dangerous.
