The space The apartment is newly renovated (completed in October 2020). There are 3 studios in one space, each with a separate bathroom and its own kitchen. There is a washing machine in the common corridor, guests can use washing capsules, an iron, ironing board and a clothes dryer Guest access You have everything you need for a comfortable stay: a double bed with an orthopedic Queen size 160x200 mattress, pillows and blankets with hypoallergenic filler, guests are provided with clean and fresh bed linen and towels. The window has curtains blocking the light, you will be comfortable resting during the daytime or during the white nights. The kitchen unit includes all the necessary household appliances, a fridge with a full freezer, induction stove, microwave and kettle, there are also kitchen utensils for cooking, tableware and utensils, wine glasses, corkscrew. The kitchen is always stocked with salt, pepper, sugar, tea, vegetable oil. Dishwashing detergent, garbage bags are always available. There is a filter jug for cleaning tap water. There are clothes hangers in the closet. The apartment has its own bathroom, it is combined, we leave a basic set of toiletries for guests, there is also a hairdryer in the bathroom. In rainy weather, guests can use the umbrella we leave, and if you get your shoes wet, use a special dryer. In the common corridor area there is a washing machine, it can be used by guests of our three studios, next to the machine you will find a folding laundry rack, ironing board, iron. Use the washing machine, it has a fast program of only 14 minutes, washing capsules are provided. Other things to note In our studios, we do not allow guests to smoke (including any electronic devices, hookahs), smoking is also prohibited in the front of our house, please take this condition into account when booking. Our studios are not intended for noisy groups and parties. Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down between 10pm and 8am.
