Sugar Land Country and Brazos Bend State Park Quiet Retreat. Established in 1901, south west of Sugar Land, the Tri-C Ranch, continues the cow calf ranching operation for which it was established. An ideal location for those temporarily working or visiting the area and want a quiet countryside location. Perfect location for visiting Brazos Bend State Park or the Hang gliders airstrip at Rosharon. The space Your work or play may be in the busy hub of Houston, but you and your family can have the benefit of a quiet country house tucked in the peaceful country side. This home only accommodates 2 adults and 2 children - ONLY. Guest access Fishing welcome in the 2.5 acre pond, stocked with bass and catfish. Fishing pond is located across from the Hopkins House. Children must be supervised by an adult at the pond. Guests are more than welcome to stop by and visit the ponies. They love treats, 2 treats per pony (weight issue). Other things to note For longer stays a weekly cleaning of floors, bathroom, and sheets changed. Utilities included, internet, basic cable tv, Trash pick up, Mailbox service, landscaping and mowing provided. pest control quarterly.
