Resort Villas Andalucia manages Villa Petunia, a 4-bedroom villa located just a 20-minute (aprox.) walk to center of the charming village of Benalup. With wonderful views of the Natural Oak Park, it features a private pool, garden with chill-out seating & bar, BBQ, a huge balcony with outdoor dining and seating areas, and is next to a 5-star hotel with a spa, golf, and restaurants. The spacious villa is fully equipped for family vacations with AC throughout the house and Wi-Fi. The space Villa Petunia is a stunning and well distributed four-bedroom villa for maximum 8 guests with wonderful views of the Oak Natural Park. Set over 2 floors, the entrance level offers a hall, a bright dining room and living room, fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet and 1 bedroom with double bed, and bathroom en-suite with walk-in shower. The wrap around balcony, accessed from the Living area offers a barbecue and outdoor kitchen area, outdoor dining table and chairs, and a sofa and coffee table overlooking the pool and Valley. The lower floor offers 3 additional bedrooms, 2 of which with access to the stunning pool and garden. 1 bedroom offers twin beds and bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. Another bedroom offers a queen size and the bathroom a walk-in shower and double sinks. The master bedroom a king size bed, bathroom with bathtub, double sinks and walk-in shower. There is also a laundrette on this level with washing machine and dryer. All bedrooms offer air conditioning, mosquito nets on the bedroom doors/windows and built-ins wardrobes. The inviting private garden offers a shaded chill-out area, private pool, sunbeds and a shaded-out door bar with fridge. Pool: 10 x 5 The entrance of the Villa offers parking space for 1-2 cars. Guest access The villa is completely private for your use, including the pool and garden. Within the resort, you will find the Fairplay Golf Hotel & Spa, which features an 18-hole golf course, an amazing spa and restaurants. Our guests can book green fees, spa treatments and dining directly at the hotel, with the corresponding rates applied. Other things to note The villa has a barbecue, but the fuel is not included. It can be easily purchased in the village of Benalup. Please note that we offer a 50% discount for monthly stays from October to May. Unfortunately, we cannot apply this discount for monthly stays from June to September.
