Inside the condominium, you will have access to a washer and dryer. The space Our brand new condominium, recently renovated, is just 50 meters from the main street and 300 meters from the port. Located behind the main building, on the ground floor, our delightful retreat offers an oasis of tranquility and comfort, with a private staircase to access it where you can enjoy privacy during your stay. Services: Air conditioning, bathroom with large shower, kitchen equipped with dishes, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, hairdryer, unlimited fast internet and 32" smart TV. In addition, you will be welcomed by a large and comfortable bed with goose down pillows, a safe, and an open wardrobe. We provide an initial package for the comfort of your stay (shampoo, bath foam, conditioner, toilet paper, tea, coffee, kitchen roll, sugar, salt, napkins, water, sparkling wine, extra virgin olive oil, dishwasher detergent, cleaning spray) but you will need to purchase your own services after these are exhausted. Linens: We provide a complete set of bed linens and towels for each person. Extra bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a large and soft bed and a living room where you will find a comfortable sofa that easily turns into a second double bed. Guest access When you arrive, you can easily access our condominium and your apartment via a unique code, which will be sent to you on the day of your arrival by message, ensuring maximum flexibility and security during your stay. This solution allows you to enjoy total autonomy without the need to coordinate arrival times or worry about losing keys. We'll take care of you during your stay. You will have a reference phone number available to which you can write for any need. Other things to note - We welcome small pets with an additional cleaning fee (€40), and we also beach towel rental (€10) and baby kit (€30) upon request. - To ensure compliance with Italian law, we kindly ask you to provide your identity documents. - Check-in and check-out times: We inform you that check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; while check-out is by 10:00 a.m. If you need to check in after 9:00 p.m. or check out after 10:00 a.m. (by 1:00 p.m.), these have a cost of €30.00. Please contact us in advance to check availability. - Personal check-in: We can arrange a meeting with someone at the apartment, please let us know in advance. - Parking: We don't have parking for this building, but free and paid parking is available near the property. - Luggage storage service: Unfortunately, we don't have a luggage storage room inside the apartment. However, if you need it, please kindly let us know in advance so that we can arrange a meeting at the property to find the best solution for you. Here you can expect a high quality service, although keep in mind that we do not offer hotel services. However, we can arrange a weekly cleaning service as an extra upon request.
