We are located in a completely new residential block, in one of the tallest buildings conveniently located in the heart of Budva. Our building is right next to the main pedestrian road that follows the sea coast. The Adriatic sea is just 15 meters from us and the beautiful old town of Budva is less then a 5 minute walk. Multiple supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, laundry services, a shopping centre are just 3-5 minutes walking distance. The main local bus station and taxi station are just 20 metes away. From this bus station you can go to all the beautiful beaches on the outskirts of Budva. As stated before, we are located in the beating heart of Budva. This apartment is 84 m2 and most importantly features a gorgeous sea view. It has three spacious bedrooms with big wardrobes. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second one has 2 single beds that can be fully transformed in to a queen size bed with no difference in comfort, and the third has a spacious single bed. There are two bathrooms/toilettes and one fully equipped and functional kitchen. The apartment features a cosy living room that has a couches, a TV as well as a nice dining area. The apartment has two balconies/terraces and they can be accessed either through the bedrooms or the living room.
