Beach Belle- Tiny House with private entrance

Our Tiny House is located in the garden behind our house, with plenty of street parking. We offer a private, secure entrance to a north facing, newly renovated 1 bedroom cabin replete with separate bathroom, full kitchen and laundry. Located close to Manly & beaches like Forty Baskets, Fairlight &Clontarf beach. We are two blocks from the top rated ‘Spit to Manly’ coastal walk (apprx 25 min walk to Manly) or if you prefer, catch the frequent #162 Bus on our street (apprx 8 mins to Manly Wharf.) The space Sunny, secure and newly renovated our Tiny House is in a private garden, quiet, green and close to Manly. The north facing sliding door windows can open completely to make you feel you’re living in the garden with privacy, or you can close any or all of the block out blinds for complete privacy. All windows have screens and there are fans in each room. Queen bed in the bedroom, pull out sofa in the lounge, full kitchen with Miele gas cooktop, and Miele laundry machine. Two separate wardrobes for hanging clothes & storage. Also under bed storage drawers for added space (extra towels & blankets.) The bed headboard has reading lights affixed on each side. The couch is a sofa bed with a pull out single mattress and linens in the drawer under the bed. The Entertainment chest has TV & DVD remote control (dozens of DVDs in closet.) Kitchen appliances include kettle, coffee press, toaster, blender, iron) and gas cooktop and convection oven / microwave with utensils & pans in the drawers. Closet has ironing board, fire extinguisher and spare blanket. Outside has a sensor light for late arrival, table and chairs for outdoor eating, retractable awning and recliner lounge for relaxing in the sun. Guest access Guests have private use of entire cabin and backyard via secure gate at side of house at the bottom of our drive. Our driveway is without obstruction but fairly steep so people with mobility issues may want to consider this. Other things to note No smoking in Cabin please. No parties please.
