You will be conquered by this recently renovated flat, under the roofs of old Nice, decorated with great care and attention to detail to make you feel at home. On the top floor (5th, 100 stairs) of a typical building without lift, the flat is fully air-conditioned, ideal for 1 couple, and a maximum capacity for 3 people (thanks to an extra single bed). Please note that the height of the bedroom is low because it is attic. It is a romantic flat, the views are impressive: sea view, you can see all the roofs of the city, but also the waterfall and the castle hill and even the main square of the city: Massena Square. A large living space: living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with plenty of storage space. The living room consists of a comfortable sofa facing the window and its wonderful views, a "smart tv", a large wardrobe, a dining table for 4 and a contemporary and very well equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bathroom has an English-style washbasin and a "rain shower". The bedroom has a double bed with a very comfortable hybrid mattress. We also have a folding single bed. Room are equipped with blind Air conditioning in both rooms, bedroom and living room. Wifi, Electric hot plates, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, piston coffee maker, electric kettle Washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer Please note that the flat is under the roof and some parts are attic, especially in the bedroom and shower room. COVID 19 : THE APARTMENT IS ENTIRELY DESINFECTED AND READY FOR YOU TO HELP YOU SAFELY according to the new covid-19 standards of airbnb and those of the CDC (centre for disease control and prevention): Before your arrival : the accommodation is completely disinfected with powerful products purchased and used for this purpose (bactericides and Virucides as you can see in our photos) to provide you with maximum security and allow you to be in complete peace of mind in our home. All surfaces have been disinfected (wrists, remote controls, furniture, hoovers, switches, ramps, household appliances, keys, waste bins...). Our maintenance team is equipped with masks and gloves. All linen and textiles are entirely washed at 60° and installed after complete disinfection of the flat: sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats... We leave a minimum period of time between each reservation in order to ventilate the whole flat. the handing over of the keys will be done in compliance with the barrier gestures: hand washing, wearing a mask is obligatory, minimum distance of 1 metre between us, plexi Glass Transparent glass to communicate serenely.
