The space Your private, spacious and immaculate fully furnished 2nd floor suite, consists of 1 bedroom w/king bed, dresser, cubbies for folded clothes, full bathroom w/shower, sitting area w/extra large couch, desk and mini fridge. This is a private suite with a locking door off the 1st floor living room. The 2nd floor suite is bright and airy with large slider windows looking out at tree tops. The bedroom does not have windows but most guests find the bedroom and the firm mattress provides an excellent night's sleep and enjoy the complete darkness the room provides. A window A/C unit in summer and fans provide comfortable cooling and air circulation and space heaters keep it cozy in winter, supplementing the whole house heating system. Very well cleaned and disinfected between every booking, we provide all linens, towels, shower products, a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, wooden high chair, older style Pack n’ Play and Baby Gates. NOTE: there is no separate entry from the outside NOTE: there is no television In addition, you share the use of the 1st floor fully equipped kitchen, an add’l living room and sun porch with the homeowner, Ann-Margaret, your host, The private 1st floor and basement spaces are clearly marked. No Perfume, Cologne, Aftershave. Smoke-free, & Vape-free house & grounds. Laundromat is 1 mile away (Mr. Stadium Laundromat). We request a minimum stay of two nights. WiFi access, on-site driveway parking, very close to bus line, 1.5 miles to UM Campus, 2.5 miles to downtown, 1 mi to Michigan Stadium, and easy access to expressways. Out of the harried student district but conveniently close to campus and downtown. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and County Park all nearby and two great neighborhood coffee shops within 2 blocks. As hosts, we're friendly and we'll make sure you have what you need but otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. Guest access Upon arrival the porch door to the house will be left unlocked and house key & 2nd floor suite key will be left on the kitchen table for you. 1st floor Guest Access: Sun Porch, Kitchen, Living room, Yard and Private Parking Spot in driveway. 2nd floor Guest Access: reserved for guests only, door to 2nd floor suite can be locked during your stay. During your stay We do enjoy meeting our guests but realize you didn't come here to visit us! We are available by text to answer any questions. The host will be wearing a mask while in the first floor. We have a supply of masks on the porch (your entrance to the house). Other things to note No perfume, cologne, after shave sprayed on the property. Host is allergic. No smoking or vaping inside or outside on our property and no parties. No reservations can be made for another person. The person making the reservation is the person staying in the space. If you have a guest joining you they need to have a profile on Airbnb and be invited to the reservation. A limit of 3 total can be attached to a reservation. If you are a party of 2 and will have a 3rd guest staying for less than the total length of stay, please communicate the details to the host ahead of time.
