We are located on a quiet side street within the Village of Clinton. Enjoy a relaxing stay in our comfy suite with a private entrance and guest parking. You will be within walking distance of the shops and restaurants located in the quaint and historic village. Hamilton College is 2 miles up the hill. An electric fireplace, small dining area, kitchen with Keurig, microwave and mini fridge stocked with breakfast items. Queen size bed with memory foam mattress sleeps 2. Sofa bed sleeps 1 adult or 2 children. Private bath/shower. 55" Smart TV, free wireless. Private fenced back yard perfect for pets. Guests without pets receive a $20 per night discount. Day trips to local attractions such as Turning Stone Casino, FX Matt Brewing Company, Stanley Theatre, various Antique Malls and Centers, or shopping at Destiny USA in Syracuse are places you'll want to consider. Dining options in Clinton, New Hartford or Utica are fabulous and too numerous to mention! Guest access Although the suite is attached to the main house - your space is completely private including private entrance and bathroom, but we are close by if a need arises. Other things to note Well behaved dogs are welcome. They must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick meds. Clinton is a lovely place to walk your pets. Leashes are mandatory as well as waste removal in the village (bags available). Pets should not be left unattended in the suite.
