We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination We refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean the unit We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. The space The Space (Non Smoking Unit) You get the whole place by yourself for the night. Duplex Studio Base: Level 1 - Living Room with Private Cinema, Sofa, Hammock, Beanbag, Swing, Bathroom, Pantry with Kettle & Utensils set. Washroom with Water Heater. Level 2 - 1 Queen Bed mattress (2 person) with Iron and Hair Dryer. (extra 1 Foldable Queen Mattress can be provided upon early request with surcharge RM50/night) - additional bed if more than 2 person Parking is not provided. You can park around building with "Penang Smart Parking App at RM0.40/half hour" from 8am-6pm, after these hour will be FOC, also FOC on Sunday. There is private parking just in front of The CEO building charge RM8 overnight, multiple entries. FREE parking space available, will share via whtsapp personally after booking. Guest access Everywhere you can access. Avoid Space under the staircase Avoid Wardrobe (locked) Other things to note Security Deposit RM200 security deposit (refundable if did not break house rules) - NOT ALLOW to connect external devices such as Laptop & etc. Or change setting in the projector, TvBox or our Audio Systems. (consider Vandalism) - No private party - No neighbour complain on over loud noise - No smoking/eating durian in the unit (smell of smoke/durian are not allow in the unit), can smoke/eat durian outside unit or balcony - If simple celebration are fine but need self cleanup the mess (no after party mess example; left over cakes, cake stains, oily floor, after party rubbish etc) - Missing item / broken (additional laundry chemical treatment require or repair require) - No pet allow - Lock the door (push to confirm is lock) when left the unit during check-out - Late check-out at RM25 (for First 30mins), RM45 (for Second 30mins), RM60 (for Third 30mins), RM70 (for Forth & there after) to be deduct from Security Deposit. This is serious matter as we not able to have enough time to clean for next guest. - Inform host with photo if accidentally damaged an item, we will charge based on the value of item only. If host found out damaged/broken item without informing, host have the rights to fine fully in security deposit. Thats all Self Check In & Out. Guide and instruction to be given personally via Whtsapp upon booking confirmation . Place to sleep, A queen size bed (cater 2 adults if children can share bed consider no add bed) If require a proper overnight for more than two adults (or separate bed), kindly inform us early as we have an additional queen size bed (add-on RM50 only for one time setup) Your safety is our priority We disinfect all common area (example: Tables, swings, all electrical switches & etc) Every time before a new guest is Check-In.
