Perfect for a couple, this 50sqmts apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. It features a balcony with nice view on internal patio. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen corner, a bedroom area with double bed (memory mattress and pillows, as well as ergonomic bedframes), living area with double sofa bed and dining table, bathroom with double shower with chromotherapy. A washing machine (shared in building), safe and flat-screen satellite TV are provided too. Double glazed windows in pvc.
