Family home with awesome views

A light and airy designer home, perfect for a family. Centrally located with an open plan living on the first floor that opens to two amazing decks: one overlooking the harbour, the other with a full view of Table Mountain, Devil's Peak and Lion's Head. The house is centrally located, Clifton and Camps Bay Beaches, and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, are only a 10-minute drive away. And one can find our local amazing Spar, friendly coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The space We love our house, we designed it ourselves and finished building in 2014. Full of light, 2 amazing decks, a sunny garden with a lawn. 3 bedrooms, 2,5 bathrooms, open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, double fridge with ice maker and filtered water) an outdoor braai sheltered from the wind. The garage has direct access to the house (and we recommend you to park your car inside.) You enter the house through a patio (or through the garage which has direct access to the house). Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms: a main bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, a guest room with a single bed that can be made into a double bed (queensize) and a kids room with a bunk bed. The stairs lead to an open plan living area, filled with natural light and great views from all windows to Devil's Peak, Table Mountain, Lion's Head and Signal Hill, and city-harbour views on the other side. Indoor and outdoor areas flow naturally as the stacking doors can be opened fully. Screens and internet We have a projector and a large sreen that can be pulled out which is connected to chromecast, as well as a TV that can be connected to Apple TV in the guestroom. There is uncapped Wi-Fi throughout the house and Apple TV in the guestroom. Kids As we have a 6 and a 8 year old the house is well equipped for kids this age and they are welcome to play with all their toys ( if not- those special ones will be packed away!). We have a huge trampoline in the garden, a treehouse and a sandpit and tons of cars, puzzles, duplo, playmobil and lego and craft stuff inside. What to do You will love the views and have no doubt you are in Cape Town: we have a full view of Table Mountain on the one side, and the sea on the other side. We ll do our very best to clean our home but most likely best not to book if you are allergic to dogs. On the upside,if you have a dog, you are welcome to bring him or her as long as he/she does not go on the furniture and beds. Security The house is fully alarmed with beams and the neighbourhood is very safe.
