Up to 8 people. The house is located in a prestigious area, where the private sector prevails, close to the five-star Kempinski Grand Hotel Gelendzhik and the Gardens of the Seas Aparthotel. A house with an autonomous heating and water supply system. The house has 4 isolated bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room, a balcony, 2 bathrooms, and an air conditioning system. All rooms and furniture are in good condition, clean and cozy. Next to the house there is a cozy green yard with a barbecue where you can relax and cook kebabs. The center is 10 minutes away on foot. Parking is available on the property. There are no other buildings or guests on the premises. Hot and cold water is available 24/7. Change of bed linen once every 7 days. Grocery stores, public transport stop, supermarket Magnet, Na Polevoy market are within a 5-7 min walk.
