Close to local pubs & the racecourse. This house has 2 bedrooms & a spacious shower room. There is a kitchen & a large lounge/diner. There is a large garden to the rear of the property. There is no private parking but plenty of free on street parking. STRICTLY NO PARTIES The space Prestbury Hideaway is a semi-detached bungalow in a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Prestbury. It is a 2 bedroomed bungalow sleeping 5 with a shower room. There is a comfortable lounge/diner & a kitchen with cooking utensils & a dishwasher. Please note, there is no washing machine. It has a very modern feel throughout. There is a private garden to the rear of the property and with request, we can provide a BBQ in the summer months. Guests access the property through the front door. There is no private parking with the bungalow but there is plenty of free on street parking in the cul de sac. Due to the quiet residential family area with have a STRICTLY NO PARTIES rule. There is a ring doorbell with camera at the front of the property just for security reasons when the house is empty. PLEASE NOTE: We are currently having building work done on the house. This won’t affect the inside of the house but the gardens will be out of use. There will be no work going on during your stay. The washing machine is out of use. Please take this into consideration before booking. See pictures for current progress. Guest access The whole bungalow can be accessed by the guests. Other things to note The property can sleep 4-5 guests. There no sofa bed but there is a Z-bed for the 5th person which can either go in the lounge or the double bedroom.
