130 Direct Ocean Front 1 bedroom condo with pool

Beach Front 1 bedroom condo , Fully stocked kitchen, Must be 21 years old to rent IMPORTANT! This unit is DOG friendly. No other pets of any type are allowed. There is a $100 Pet Fee due when you book a reservation. This unit is DOG friendly. No other pets of any type are allowed. There is a $100 Pet Fee due when you book a reservation. You can either pay it thru the booking system or pay in cash upon your arrival. Only 1 dog is allowed per unit and the following breeds are restricted by the condo association: Rottweiler, Doberman, Great Dane, Chow, Pit Bull and German Shepherds. There will be a tag to attach to the dogs collar inside the unit this must be on the collar at all times while on the property . All dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside the condo. The property is monitored by security guards and they do check to make sure the dogs are properly registered. Failure to abide by these rules will result in losing your reservation and you will not be issued a refund.
