The space The apartment is located in the heart of Seville, in the Alameda de Hercules area, very close to Calle Feria, an area with countless leisure possibilities. It is located on the first floor of a traditional Sevillian two-story building. It has a bedroom with a 1.20 x 2.00 bed, a kitchen perfect for simple meals equipped with an induction hob, a refrigerator, a microwave and a washing machine (it does not have a smoke extractor), a living room and a recently renovated bathroom with a shower. It has ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, as well as windows that provide natural light from the small interior patio and the living room balcony. Includes linens and towels for guests, all ready for your stay. Our apartment is not soundproofed (so it is possible to hear some noise) or air conditioning, it does not HAVE AIR CONDITIONING or HEATING (it has ceiling fans in living room and bedroom), we can offer the use of a radiator paying for its electricity consumption at the end of the stay, if you need more information write to us. Guest access The entire apartment is for guests' use. It has a small living room (sofa, table, 32" Smart TV, and ceiling fan), a small kitchen (induction stovetop, small refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine), a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, and a bedroom with a 47 x 79 in (1.20 x 2.00 m) bed. As it is a small apartment, it is IDEAL FOR ONE PERSON.
