We are less than 2 miles to Shilstone House, the very popular wedding venue, which is just over the hill. Ground Floor Sitting Room: A warm and inviting space with comfortable seating, an electric stove, and TV. Open-Plan Kitchen & Dining Room: Dining table for six Fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher) Nespresso coffee machine, kettle & toaster Original Victorian shelving and cupboard Utility area with washing machine Downstairs WC: Convenient cloakroom. Garden Access: Step out into a sunny, fully enclosed garden with lawn, flower beds, and a terrace for outdoor dining. Includes seating, kettle BBQ, bench, and washing line. Stone outbuildings provide additional storage. First Floor Main Bedroom (Bedroom 1): King-size bed, built-in storage, and writing desk overlooking the garden. En-suite shower room with underfloor heating. Bedroom 2: Two single beds (can be configured as a king-size), large desk and views across the village and valley. Second Floor Bedroom 3: Two single beds (can be joined as a king-size), with built-in storage and a compact workspace. Family Bathroom: Full-sized bath, separate rainfall shower, and underfloor heating. Guest access Guests have full, exclusive use of the entire house and the fully enclosed rear garden. Free parking is available in the village square. While there is no allocated space, parking is plentiful and often available directly outside the house.
