LAKESHORE VILLAS Beautiful one level, 3 bedroom condo on the 3rd floor of the complex. Awesome view of the lake from both the patio off the master bedroom or the second patio off the living area. WEEKLY bookings in the summer, Sunday to Sunday. Snowbird rate 1700.00/mth with bookings of 5 months. Less than 5 months 1900/month.. Off season minimum 4 day booking, prices fluctuate. Maximum occupancy is 6 including children. NO SMOKING, NO PETS. NO STAIRS! The space Walkway around the lake starts just across the street from the complex and shopping is a very short car ride away. I frequently walk to the grocery store or into town to browse. Large dock and swim area, with a sandy beach just beside us. Waterslides are just a short walk away and Rattlesnake Canyon at the entrance to Lakeshore Drive. When you are ready to tee-off, the area's renowned golf courses are just minutes away. Guest access You will have the use of the entire unit. Parking is available in the complex open parking spaces. The unit is accessed by the elevator or the stairs, then a short walk down the breezeway to the front door. Pool and Hot Tub open from the middle of May to Thanksgiving weekend. Other things to note I will require your email address to send you an additional agreement and information about the resort once the reservation is booked. Management requires we obtain contact info on our guests so they know at all times who is on the property in the event of an emergency. I will also send out a final confirmation with the door code and wifi information. I do not send that information through Airbnb.
