It includes a large comfortable bed (2 places), two cozy sofas, a 65" 4K OLED TV with mood lights, Netflix and Amazon Prime, as well as a beautiful unobstructed view The kitchen, bathroom and Japanese toilet are shared with me, in a clean and respectful environment. The room can accommodate 2 people and is located on the 10th floor accessible by 2 elevators.  To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal:  - A friendly and bright room equipped as follows: Double bed + 2 sofa corners, radiator, coffee table, TV with all streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Crunchyroll. A PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and several extension cords. - A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cooking utensils. - A practical bathroom with a bathtub and washer + dryer. - Separate toilet with hand shower.  Guest access The building is located in a private residence "Résidence Italie" at the foot of the metro and tram During your stay I am available all the time Other things to note Sheets, towels and pillowcases are washed at 60° after each use.
