It is located right across the big department store, Market Village, just a few minutes walk. I have just bought it early this year and renovated it all. My room is located on second floor at building D only 100 m. from the beach. One side of the condo is a big house (The side that the room is located) so this ensure your great privacy and quietness. The cleaning fee includes cleaning before check-in and after check-out, laundry of towels and bed linen etc. Check-in / -out process managed by Plus Property Company who also works as a point of contact during your stay. ****Price excludes electricity and water (meters are read at check-in and check-out done by property agency so no work for you). Electricity fee is 7THB/meter and water fee is 25 THB/meter. Standard usage for 1 day and 4 people is approx. 150 Thai baht.
