We are hosting guests for more than 14 years and love it! This apartment is a family business all the way from cleaning to checkin and we are aiming to provide you with the best experience for your stay in Lisbon! The apartment is ideally located in the most sought after Alfama neighbourhood - Handpicked decoration from the close-by flea market and antics shops - 5min from the train station to Porto (Santa Apolonia) - 15min from Lisbon main square "Praça do Comercio" The space -- Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator -- We want to continue to provide you with the very same experience to welcoming you personally to answer questions like transportation, which museums, bars and nightlife, restaurants, etc.. and we decided - against the tide - to not provide self checking that goes against our values and believes of travel etiquette! 3 bedroom apartment in a typical Lisbon building from the end of 18th century with tiled façade. It has an amazing view to the National Pantheon, at the door of Alfama neighbourhood. The house hosts up to 5 adults and one baby. You enter the apartment directly in the the dinning/living room and will notice that the decoration is made of items found in antique shops, flea markets around the world and they have all a story to tell, ask us about it.... There are 2 bedrooms (one double and one single) with the 'Panteão View' that have access to a small balcony facing east where you can read, enjoy your breakfast with the morning sun or just chill.. The single can to be considered as a living/reading room, with an individual bed that serves as sofa. On the other side of the house, facing west you have the other double room with the 'Mature Garden View' , the kitchen and the bathroom with wc, shower. However we are flexible with check-in and check-out times, so depending on your travel schedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. - Early (before 07:00) or late (after 22:00) arrivals will have an extra charge of 25.00 euros. TELEVISION There is no TV in the apartment, we love a non-TV world but understand there's a lot of people who don't agree with this philosophy (we have WiFi internet though). However, try to enjoy your stay in a different way. Take advantage of these few days you're staying to explore out and relax in. We are sure you will find Lisbon very entertaining and have also a good collection of books available to read with background music. Really hope you won't even miss TV while here.
