Guest access Guests of Hōmu Zen can privately enjoy their own bedroom, living area, fully equipped kitchen and bath area. Other things to note REQUIREMENTS: Please be advised that ALL guests MUST submit their Government Issued IDs for guest registration with the building management. No ID, No Entry. NOTE: The regular guest capacity for the unit is four (4) guests, additional charges apply for the fifth (5th) guest. Maximum guest capacity is five (5) guests. Children three (3) years old and above are already counted as regular guests. The condominium unit is for residential use only. Events, Parties and use of unit for Wedding Preparations is not allowed. And while we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed inside the building. STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT. The penalty for smoking inside the unit is PHP 5000.00 per violation. FOR EARLY AND LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: We have a check-in and check-out time for your to duly observe with discipline. Early and/or late check-in/check-out is subject to availability of the unit. For a successful early check-in or late check-out, kindly advise us at least 12 hours before so we can coordinate on the availability of the unit. Our earliest check-in time is at 01:00PM. A Php300/hour charge will be owed by you if requested check-in time is before 03:00PM. The latest check-out time is at 11:00AM. A Php300/hour charge applies if requested check-out time is after 10:00AM. CLEANING FEE & CLEANING The Cleaning fee included with the booking covers the cleaning, sanitation and disinfection, and laundry fees after the use of the condo unit. It does not include cleaning during the guests’ stay. We have provided you with cleaning materials so you can keep the unit in tip-top shape during your stay. Please dispose of trash at least daily. The trash disposal area is outside of the unit. Rebooking Policy + ONE (1) TIME REBOOKING ONLY. + Free rebooking if 14 days and more before your check-in date. + Rebooking is allowed if less than 14 days but more than equal to 7 days (7th to 13th), but guests will be charged a penalty of 50% per night + Rebooking NOT allowed if less than 7 days before your check-in date. ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION *IMPORTANT* We understand that you would like to make your stay as comfortable as possible, however we discourage leaving the air-conditioning unit ON even when the guest/s leave the unit. Please turn off all electrical units when leaving the unit. LAUNDRY Pay laundry (wash and fold) services are available within the area. Hand washing and drying of a small amount of laundry is possible. GUEST-LESSOR AGREEMENT We will send you our HOUSE RULES upon booking. Once you have read and understood all house rules, kindly notify us using the magic phrase at the end of the house rules! PAY PARKING The unit has a separate parking fee of 250/overnight and is pre-paid here on Airbnb as 2 parking slots are shared among 4 units. The parking gate of the building is closed from 10:00pm to 06:00am.
