Rental unit in Neuilly-sur-Seine

The space The small room is located in a typical parisian appartment (with "parquet, moulures, cheminée") in a typical parisian building (end of XIXth century). The room is quiet, isolated from the street noices by the living room and a big entry room. It is shiny as it is south/west oriented on the 3d floor. This room is our son's room. He left an empty drawer for you. There is also an empty shelf and a large desk. His clothes and most of his staff remain in the room (see pictures). Overall the ambiance is "boheme style", wood on the floor, clean. Still the white wooden window in the room is not in perfect shape and should be re painted. Down the appartment, you will find a Velib station, a boulangerie (with excellent bred) and two nice cafés. Bus line close to the appartment can drop you straight to Gare Saint Lazare, Gare du Nord, "Grands Boulevards", Musée d'Orsay. The tube station is 8 mn walk on line 1, which goes from La Défense to Vincennes, straight to Champs Elysées (3 stops/5 mn), La Défense (1 to 2 stops, 5 min max), Le Louvre (8 stations, 14 mn) and Bastille (12 stations, 18 mn). During your stay I will be very pleased to give all necessary informations to my guests. I love Neuilly and Paris, I am aware of cultural exhibitions (especially photography), and some "hype" places to go out (bars, restaurants, places to be). I will provide with great pleasure all usefull informations to visit Paris (for adults and for children as well). I can speak english, and a basic german. I am also very discreet, and do not intend to disturb my guests. My only aim is to facilitate their stay in my beautiful city. My two daughters will also welcome you. Other things to note Please note there is no TV. Arrival time is 6 pm and departure time 10 am. Please confirm your arrival time at least one day before arrival if it's not 6 pm, so that I can organize your arrival. Breakfast is not included in the price.
