Close to the University, open space trails, Boulder Creek bike path, and Pearl Street yet feels secluded with a brook running through the front yard. The space Our house is a cozy, lived-in space that we’re happy to share with respectful guests. You’ll find it fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay—kitchenware, linens, Wi-Fi, and more—along with a few personal touches that make it feel like a real home, not just a rental. Since this is also our personal residence, you may notice some of our belongings in closets, cabinets, or storage areas. These items are tucked away, and we ask that you treat them with care. You’ll still have plenty of space for your own things, and we’ve made sure to leave areas open for guest use. We hope you enjoy the warmth and character of staying in a true home, and we trust you’ll make yourself comfortable while treating the space respectfully. Guest access The space is yours! I have a guitar, banjo, mandolin, and piano available if you want to have your own jam session. The front porch and front yard are accessible to you. The downstairs entrance is the only space that is off limits. Other things to note This is a shoes off household, please respect tenants below. Close the shades in the summer to keep it cool all day and open windows in the evening. Wall units provide heat and A/C in each room. Point remote control at the wall unit to operate.
